• There is an imminent risk of harm to the client or others.

• The client is involved in illegal activity.

• There is a valid court order or subpoena.

• A child is at risk of harm or being harmed

It's important to note that the coach-client relationship does not have the same legal protections as relationships like those between a doctor and patient or an attorney and client. This means a coach may be legally obligated to disclose information if required by a court order or subpoena.

We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

For tax purposes, the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers. * No groups are recorded or photographed, and recording and photography are prohibited. If I find out this has been violated legal action may be taken.
